Returns & Exchanges

At Venderby's, we want you to love your new fit, but if it's not quite right, we offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your package. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Ensure the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
